Helene has been teaching dance in Santa Cruz and internationally since 1986, she is a SPECTRA artist working through the Arts Council, and was a recipient of The Gail Rich Award in 2002 for her significant contribution to the Arts. 4:30 and 5:30 Wednesdays – Yoga with KristoffBEGINS OCT 2nd

Kristoff started taking yoga in 2010 and found yoga to be challenging on so many levels. He did his first yoga teacher training in 2016 Kristoff doesn’t like to label yoga or put it into a box of what is or should be. Let it be whatever you need it to be for you. Breathe with awareness is how he would define yoga . Listen to your body, follow your breath and see what comes up for you.
